What a great way to start the week! Earlier this morning, Washington Monthly announced that it has ranked Park University No. 3 in the nation on its “Best 4-Year Colleges for Adult Learners” list.

Park ranked behind only Golden Gate University in California and the University of Utah. Among private colleges across the country, Park ranked No. 2 (behind GGU). Park, which has been offering degree programs targeted to adult learners since the 1970s, currently has 78 percent of its students in the adult learner category (age 25 and older). The average age of all Park University students is 32.

The following metrics were used to construct the rankings: ease of transfer/enrollment, flexibility of programs, services available for adult learners, percentage of adult students, mean earnings of adult students 10 years after entering college, loan repayment rates of adult students five years after entering repayment and tuition/fees.

Congratulations to all our talented faculty and staff across the country! Each of you played a role in Park earning this honor.
